Every plan includes the tracking page, tracking form, AI chat, four storefront languages and tickets. Paid plans add more conversations, email alerts, analytics and customization.
Billing goes through Shopify. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice.

What counts as a conversation
One conversation is one shopper within 12 hours, whatever they do in that time. A shopper who uses the tracking form, then chats, then comes back an hour later counts once. It's never counted per message.
Your count resets at the start of each calendar month. The Home dashboard and Analytics show your usage.
Over the limit
There are no overage charges. When you reach your plan's limit:
- Order lookups keep working on the tracking page, the tracking form and the chat.
- AI answers to other questions pause until next month, or until you upgrade.
- Tickets still open as usual.
Lumen emails you at 80% and at 100% of your limit, so you can upgrade before AI answers pause.
Free trial
Pro, Pro+ and Scale include a 14-day free trial. You aren't charged if you cancel during the trial.
Which plan?
- Free: try Lumen, or low order volume.
- Pro: most growing stores. Email alerts for tickets, analytics and no Lumen branding.
- Pro+: higher volume, and you want the assistant to sound like your brand.
- Scale: high volume, with priority support.
